The Lab · GENERATIVE VIDEO

Brand films in days. Not production quarters.

The Lab scripts, generates, and edits video for brands that need fresh creative every week — from 6-second hook ads to 60-second brand films. No weeks of pre-production. No five-figure shoot days.

A traditional brand film takes 6–10 weeks and a production budget with a comma in it. The Lab compresses that to days: we write the script, build reference packets for consistent characters and locations, generate scene by scene, then cut, voice, and sound-design in post. You review a working film, not a storyboard promise.

Generative is a craft, not a button. The difference between a spot that sells and a demo reel is the same as it ever was — the concept, the writing, and the edit. Every film starts in the Vault (which objection is this film resolving?) and ships through the same 100-point score as everything else we make.

HOW THE LAB RUNS
01

Concept + script

The Vault tells us which customer objection the film has to resolve. We script to that — not to a mood board.

02

Generate + iterate

Reference-locked characters and locations, scene-by-scene generation, iteration until it lands. Included in the price.

03

Edit + score

Cut, voiceover, color, sound design. The film is scored before it ships — proof, promise, offer, urgency.

The full system — diagnose, create, score, multiply, repeat — is on the process page, and the scorecard itself is on how we score.

FAQ

Straight answers, before the call.

How fast is a brand film?

Days to two weeks depending on runtime and revisions — against the 6–10 weeks a shoot-based film takes. Short-form spots move faster.

Do we own the film?

Yes. Finished films and cutdowns are yours, cleared for paid and organic use.

What if the first cut misses?

Iteration until it lands is in the flat price. The score tells us exactly what to fix — proof, promise, offer — so round two is a hypothesis, not a reroll.
